Now that we know all the incredible advantages of yogurt, avocado, and matcha, let’s get to how we actually mix the three to create this foolproof skincare ritual.
• 1 teaspoon of yogurt.
• ¼ of an avocado.
• ½ teaspoon of matcha powder.
• 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Step 1: Pour olive oil into a small mixing bowl
Step 2: Add yogurt.
Step 3: Mash avocado with a fork and add it into the bowl.
Step 4: Add matcha powder.
Step 5: Mix well until the ingredients form a paste.
Step 6: Place in fridge to cool for 5 minutes.
Step 1: Spread mask over clean face, avoiding eye area.
Step 2: Leave on for 10 -15 minutes.
Step 3: Gently remove with warm water or warm washcloth.
Step 4: Pat skin dry with towel and follow with your regular skincare routine.
